Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that IOMAX USA, Inc. will be expanding its aircraft and integration operation in Iredell County.  The company plans to create 35 new jobs and invest more than $1.75 million over the next three years in Mooresville.    “This is an important expansion for us as we work to strengthen our role as a leader in the aviation sector,” said Governor McCrory. “We are also encouraged by the success of IOMAX here in North Carolina and welcome these new, hi-tech jobs to Iredell County.”

Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Evalueserve, a global company that provides custom professional research and analytics services to clients around the world, will establish a U.S. Center in Wake County. The company plans to create 400 new jobs in North Carolina by the end of 2017 and invest more than $5.9 million in its Wake County location.

Department of Commerce, Office of Urban Development announced that 27 North Carolina communities have achieved accreditation from the National Main Street Program for meeting the commercial district revitalization performance standards set by the National Main Street Center®, a subsidiary of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

IGH, NC -- Mount Airy has recently been redesignated as an active Main Street community, part of the national Main Street Program that is administered by the NC Department of Commerce’s Office of Urban Development.  “The North Carolina Main Street Center staff is looking forward to working with the Mount Airy leadership to help them develop a comprehensive Main Street program that will improve the commercial district and attract increased foot traffic to downtown,” said Liz Parham, director of the Office of Urban Development.

Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Cape Fear Arsenal Inc. will locate a new manufacturing facility in Robeson County.  The company plans to create 150 jobs and invest more than $15.2 million over the next three years in Lumberton.   “Our state has a strong manufacturing legacy,” said Governor McCrory. “This new facility advances that legacy with an innovative process that will result in much-needed, well-paying jobs for workers in Robeson County.”  

Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Allscripts, a leading developer of Electronic Health Record, practice management and other clinical, revenue cycle, connectivity and information solutions, will expand its operations center in Wake County. The company plans to create 350 jobs in North Carolina by the end of 2017 and invest $2.8 million into its Raleigh location. The jobs will be primarily in research and development.

Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that ASMO North America, a global supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components, will expand its manufacturing operations in Pitt County. The company plans to create 200 new jobs in North Carolina by the end of 2016 and invest $50 million in its Greenville location.

Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Borghetti Turbos North America, Inc.,  a manufacturer of turbochargers, gas turbines, compressors and other related automotive parts, will open a new facility in Lincoln County.
