, N.C. - Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that OFS Brands, a furniture and logistics company, will expand its facility in Guilford County.  The company plans to create 188 jobs and invest $9.25 million over the next five years in High Point.   “Our state has a proud history as a leading furniture manufacturer because our workforce is second to none,” said Governor McCrory. “We’re excited that OFS Brands has decided to invest in North Carolina once again.”  

Raleigh, N.C. - Today, Governor Pat McCrory announced that MetLife, Inc., a leading global life insurance and employee benefits company, intends to create 2,600 jobs in Charlotte and Cary, North Carolina by the end of 2015. The company expects to invest, or cause to be invested, $125.5 million into its new Mecklenburg and Wake County campuses. 

, N.C. --  Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Otto Environmental Systems North America Inc., a plastics manufacturer, will expand its facility in Mecklenburg County.  The company plans to create 32 jobs and invest $7 million over the next three years in Charlotte.    

, N.C. --  Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Franklin Tubular Products Inc., a manufacturer of manipulated tubular assemblies, will locate its operations in Macon County.  The company plans to create 121 jobs and invest $4 million over the next three years in Franklin.     “My administration is committed to partnering with businesses to help them succeed,” said Governor McCrory. “We must do more to align educational preparation and training with the needs of our manufacturers and other industries.”  

, N.C. -- Today, Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that AREVA, the largest technical resource for the nation’s nuclear energy sector, will expand its operations in Charlotte to include its North American headquarters. The company plans to create 130 jobs in North Carolina by the end of 2016 and invest $404,000 into its Mecklenburg County location.  

, N.C. -- Today, Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Castle Branch, a company that provides background screening, drug testing, employment verification, vendor credentialing and other services, will expand its corporate headquarters in Wilmington. The company plans to create 420 new jobs in North Carolina by the end of 2017 and invest $10.2 million into its New Hanover County location.  

, N.C. -- Today, Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Rack Room Shoes, a family footwear retailer, will expand its corporate headquarters in Charlotte.    The company plans to create 87 jobs in North Carolina by the end of 2017 and invest $16.03 million into its Mecklenburg County location. The project was made possible in part by an award from the state Job Development Investment Grant (JDIG) program.  Receipt of the award is based on proof of job creation and other performance requirements.   

, N.C. -- Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Southern Finishing Company, a furniture and cabinet component manufacturer, will expand its facility in Rockingham County.  The company plans to create 11 jobs and invest more than $500,000 over the next three years in Stoneville.     "An important part of our economic growth strategy must include increasing the number of products  made in North Carolina," said Governor McCrory. "Our state's skilled workforce gives manufacturers a huge competitive advantage."

, N.C. -- Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Qualicaps Inc., a manufacturer of gelatin capsules, will expand its facility in Guilford County.     The company plans to create 123 jobs and invest more than $26 million over the next three years in Whitsett.  The project was made possible in part by a performance-based grant from the One North Carolina Fund of up to $235,000. The grant is contingent upon proof of job creation and receipt of a local funding match.  

, N.C. -- Today, Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced that Pro Refrigeration Inc., a manufacturer of refrigeration systems, will expand its operations by locating a new East Coast production facility in Davie County.     Pro Refrigeration plans to create as many as 85 jobs over five years and invest $4.9 million to gain maximum benefits from performance-based incentives approved by the Davie County Economic Development Commission.
