Older WARN notice summary reports, by year, are archived in the associated files you'll find here.  Summary reports list the North Carolina companies that filed a WARN notice with the North Carolina Department of Commerce in a given year. "WARN" stands for the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
