Release Dates for Unemployment Rates

This document provides the 2025 schedule for publishing Local Area Unemployment Statistics (LAUS) and Current Employment Statistics (CES) for the United States, North Carolina as a whole (statewide statistics), and sub-state (local) areas.

Release dates are on Fridays, unless noted otherwise.

Publication time is 8:30 a.m. for the U.S. release, which is published by the federal government.  Statewide and local area releases are released by our office at 10:00 a.m. on publication days.
