Purpose:

To rescind Operational Guidance 28-2021, Finish Line Grants (FLGs) Guidelines.

Action:

Administration of the FLG program has transitioned from the Department of Commerce to the North Carolina Community College System. Students interested in applying for a Finish Line Grant should contact their college's Financial Aid Office.
