Department of Commerce are collaborating on an innovative Community Development Block Grant program designed to strengthen less-prosperous communities in Eastern North Carolina. Larry Gustke, John and Faye Cooper, Betty and David Huskins, and Reyn Bowman received the 2009 Winner’s Circle awards from Commerce Secretary Keith Crisco during the annual Governor’s Conference on Tourism & Hospitality at the Raleigh Convention Center.
