Governor Pat McCrory and the NC Division of Tourism, Film and Sports Development announced today the recipients of the Winner’s Circle awards, given annually since 2004 to people who have made significant and continuing contributions to the growth and success of North Carolina’s tourism industry. The 2014 honorees include: Richard Petty, charter member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Horace Holden, Aurelia Kennedy and Payson Kennedy, founders of the Nantahala Outdoor Center, and Ron Kimble, Charlotte Deputy City Manager.
Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Kearfott Corporation is planning to expand its North Carolina manufacturing operations in Buncombe County. When the One NC grant is carried through to completion, it will result in the creation of 75 jobs and an investment of approximately $11.8 million over the next three years in Black Mountain.  
, NC -  Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Team Air, Incorporated will locate a new manufacturing facility in Rutherford County.  The company plans to create 70 jobs and invest more than $4.2 million over the next three years in Forest City.  
Governor Pat McCrory and N.C. Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that BuzziSpace, Inc. will locate its North American manufacturing headquarters in Guilford County. The furniture company plans to create 113 jobs and invest more than $1.75 million during the next five years in High Point.   BuzziSpace will operate out of a renovated building that once housed the operations of the Pickett Cotton Mill, which first opened more than 100 years ago.

Governor Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that ePlus is expanding its Managed Services operations with a new center in Morrisville. The 12,000 square-foot facility, ePlus’ third Managed Services Center in the United States, is expected to bring up to 50 new jobs.

Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Eclipse Automation Inc. will be expanding its operations to Mecklenburg County under the name Eclipse Automation Southeast, LLC.  The new facility will be located in the Whitehall Technology Park in Charlotte. The company plans to create 50 new jobs over the next three years.
