NOTE: All documents submitted to the Department in the Application are subject to disclosure under the N.C. Public Records Act. When specific information in an Application is regarded by the Applicant and by law as confidential, the Applicant should specifically and clearly designate it as such in writing on that portion of the Application in which the information appears at the time of initial disclosure to the Department. The law requires any such designation to be made at the time the information is disclosed to the Department of Commerce. FAILURE TO DESIGNATE "CONFIDENTIAL" OR "TRADE SECRET" INFORMATION NOW MAY RESULT IN THIS INFORMATION BEING DISCLOSED IN THE FUTURE.
