This document (including attachments) outlines the proposed NCWorks Commission Policy Statement CPS 05-2026. The subject of the policy statement is Usage of Integrated Fund Tracking to Track and Manage Program Funds.

Purpose: To inform Local Area Workforce Development Boards (WDBs) of the requirement to utilize the Integrated Fund Tracking (IFT) module, available as an integrated component of the NCWorks case management system, beginning on July 1, 2026, to track and manage all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I program funds. Specific training and keying guidance for this module will follow.
