The following plans, relevant to Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) must be developed, implemented and maintained by CDBG-funded local units of government.  Plans include the:

• Fair Housing Plan
• Language Access Plan
• Equal Employment Opportunity and Procurement Plan
• Section 3 Plan
• Section 504 Self-Evaluation
