Compliance | Semi-Annual Labor Standards Report Form (HUD Form 4710) for CDBG Grantees

People managing a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) on behalf of a jurisdiction awarded one of these grants should use this report template to enter your data and submit your required Semi-Annual Labor Standards Report to the N.C.
